Muscle tension is the best thing and the worst thing for you. It can break your body and build it up. It can cause muscle growth as well as muscle strains and joint pain. It all depends on how you can manage it within your muscles.

Lately, I’ve been using an approach I call Neutral Tension. Simply put, it using your muscle tension in a stable and balanced way within your body. This improves both your physical stability as well as your capacity to handle much higher levels of tension.
