Many people enjoy the freedom and independence that comes from such an approach. It means you don’t have to force yourself to use time and energy that may not be available to you. Intuitive training can be much easier to stick to for those with busy lifestyles.
Another potential benefit is building more muscle and strength through intuitive training. This is possible because intuitive training is more about creating opportunities to create a stronger stimulus in each workout. Forcing yourself to stick to a strict routine can sometimes be counterproductive toward creating such a stimulus.
