When I first discovered Convict Conditioning I didn’t take bridging seriously. I thought it was a move that was more of a circus trick and wasn’t worth more than a few moments of my time each week.
I now know that was a BIG mistake. Not only are bridges not just some trick, but they lay the foundation for your progression and performance in any other exercise you do. Everything from running to explosive calisthenics and even ab training depends on having a strong back.
I’ve been making a lot more progress since starting the Veterano Plus routine because it makes me perform some sort of bridge variation every day. This volume has made bridges much more comfortable and far easier to learn.
