So. You want to build some muscle or lose some fat eh? No problem my friend, all you need is to apply the Delta Principals and you’re on your way. Be sure to make sure you’ve got that progression principal down cold too. That’s the thing that is 100% responsible for your progress. Without it you’ve got nothing, or at least nothing above what you’ve already got.
