I created the Grind Style Calisthenics program to make it as easy as possible to build muscle and strength via bodyweight training.
So it may come as a surprise to many that I don’t include many of the more hardcore “skills” you normally find in calisthenics workout programs.
The reason for this is simple; it’s a lot easier to adequately work a muscle with exercises that require delivery little skill to practice.
You can certainly build muscle and strength with calisthenics skills, but I firmly believe it’s a whole lot easier to do so without making them the focus of your training.
