Contrary to what the media and advertisers would have you believe, changing the aesthetic appearance of your body is an incredibly difficult thing to do. I would even go so far as to claim it’s one of the hardest things you can do in fitness.
Don’t beleive me? Just take note of how many people can go to a gym for years and still look pretty much the same after all of that work.
You can even consider top-level athletes who poses almost super-human levels of ability, yet they don’t look like bodybuilders or cover models.
That’s not to say that making yourself bigger, smaller or more shaply is impossible, it certainly isn’t, but it does require a heck of a lot more than the “right” diet and exercise program.
