Proper diet and nutrition play an essential role in helping to build the physique you want. In some ways, sound nutrition can be more important than exercise.
With that said, most common trending diet advice will fall woefully short of supporting the results you want. Even some of the most popular and “effective” diets will ultimately hold you back from developing the body you want.
