For the first time in my life, I’m making steady progress in my flexibility but the crazy thing is I’m not doing any stretching at all.
Flexibility and I have a sordid past. It’s the one aspect of fitness I’ve long struggled with and nothing I did ever made one lick of difference. Strike that, no amount of stretching I did ever made a difference.
It wasn’t until I adopted a new strategy that I finally made any progress whatsoever. I’m still not able to do a full split, but it’s nice to be making some sort of progress aver 15 years of trying. Best of all, it doesn’t involve any sort of stretching, or even any special separate exercises outside of basic calisthenics for that matter.
