How long should you run to burn fat?
How many sets should you do to build strength?
How many sets will build muscle?
How long should you practice?
Any definitive answer to these questions will probably be an arbitrary guess at best and may even limit you in the long run.
I don’t follow the standard set and duration recommendations anymore. Instead, I base workouts on what it takes to make the workout effective.
