People don’t believe me when I tell them that I’ve built up my body through calisthenics. They ask me if it’s possible for them to get the same results through calisthenics as opposed to weights.

Truth is, not only can you build up your body just as well with calisthenics, but I believe you can get even better results than you would with weight training.
