I'm Matt Schifferle and I love fitness, but I've long struggled to make diet and exercise work for me.
Thankfully, I've learned two life-changing lessons that have made staying in shape a lot easier, more fun, and much more rewarding.
I currently live in Denver, Colorado, where I enjoy sipping on an IPA after a mountain bike ride or a day of skiing up at Winter Park.
Lesson #1- Your results are not from your diet and exercise habits.
They come from how well you influence the fundamental principles of Mother and human nature.
Understanding the fundamental processes gives you the power to eat and train with whatever methods work best for you within your preferences and circumstances.
Lesson #2- Physical training only works if it's simple, efficient, and rewarding.
So, I teach people how to build muscle and strength through my Grind Style Calisthenics and Isometric training.
These methods are easy to learn, don't require a gym, use cost-efficient equipment, and can work for anyone.
Best of all, they are enjoyable to practice and help you live your best life.
